So that we start off on the same page let's first get straight what the term "domaining" means. For the sake of this article, domaining is a process of locating, buying, selling and otherwise monetizing domain names.
A "domainer" is someone who profits from domain names: the person who buys and sells (flips), parks for recurring income, develops, or otherwise monetizes a domain name.
So what is a "quick cash domainer?" And what is "quick cash domaining." Basically, a quick cash domainer refers to someone who is in business of buying and quickly selling a domain name for a profit.
What makes quick cash domaining different than "normal" domaining is the type of domain name that is bought and sold.
A quick cash domain name is one that is in demand. Using market discovery, the domainer locates and then presents to the market (buyers) those domain names. The type of domain names the buyers are proven to be looking for.
For example, I own the domain name, motelspismobeach.com. This is NOT a quick cash domain Even though the domain name receives type in traffic and provides me with a nice passive income from domain parking, it is not the type of domain I could easily or quickly sell. Buyers are not looking for or competing for this domain name. However, this type of domain name will continue to produce a nice and steady passive income stream to me.
What makes a quick cash domain name isn't necessarily a domain name we would hold for long term profit or appreciation. QCD's are purely market-driven.
The job of a quick cash domainer is to locate those markets, find what they are looking for, and present it to them. The keys are knowing what is in demand, and knowing how to find and buy, and then knowing how to sell. This is what I call quick cash domaining and that is what quick cash domaining is all about.
