I am sure that we could come up with all sorts of reasons why we have done nothing to market or build a nich market website.
Maybe it is money, time, technically challenged, afraid to jump in and learn. Maybe we do not want to feel stupid asking questions or we do not know the questions to ask. All of the above are perfectly okay. "Knowledge is Power"
First of all let me say, I am just as guilty as anyone. I have held on to domain names for months and years for no reason than business ideas for later. However, by accident the value of the domains increased because I mastered a few techniques that increased the domain visibility.
I would like for you to consider a few things about your Market Niche domains that could increase the over all value without spending much time or money.
1. Did you know it is possible that your domain name already has value? Did you know it could be marketed and sold at an online domain auction?
Get a free domain appraisal at swift appraisal dot com. This company provides paid expert appraisal services as well. It is worth checking out, you might be surprised.
2. Did you know that you could point your domain names from your current hosting company to hosting companies that shares advertising revenues with you?
You may want to ask your current hosting company if they provide similar niche domain services, if not ask how to point the domain DNS at a company that does provide the service. It is much easier than it sounds.
Check out Sedo dot com. They have a free service that can offer your domain for sale, or pay you for traffic that visits the iche Market domain while you are deciding your next steps.
They basically do all the work to establish the ad generating site which includes a very nice online domain management tool for you to track traffic and revenue. Keep in mind; they get most of the revenue until your build your own niche market website. This would be a better solution if you could build the same thing for yourself. I will get to that solution in a separate article.
Of course, there are several other companies that do the same thing, so check around to find one that benefits you. (I am not promoting one over the other... I just have experience with the ones I mentioned in this article.)
3. Now that you have completed your research on your domain; you can make a much better decision before you let the domain expire.
Did you know that you can place your domain for sale at any time before the domain expires? You never know who is looking for your domain. Do not lose your domain names without at least checking to see if there is an opportunity to resell, you just never know.
Why? First of all, it has a much better chance of getting listed on search engines, and generating possible traffic; otherwise your domain does nothing for you at your domain hosting company. If you decided to sell or hold the domain for its value, congratulations!

Did you know that your domains are more valuable as a web site than just sitting at your hosting company?
Why? First of all, it has a much better chance of getting listed on search engines, and generating traffic; otherwise it just sits at your domain company. If you decided to sell or sold the domain, congratulations!
4. If you decided to keep your website domain, now what do I do?
Technology has certainly changed over the years making it easier today for non technology individuals to build there own websites to do all kinds of things.
You can too! Here is my suggestion while you are deciding the future for the site.
Create a simple revenue generating website using various yahoo, Google, or similar companies that offers click through advertising revenues. Pick the niche market you intended for the domain and get it started.
You will find by searching on line all types of web templates and website building tools to get you started. It is much simpler than you think! This is a very inexpensive approach to building your niche market advertising web site.
Believe me when I tell you this, you talk to people every day about your business or hobby, in turn helping them to find solutions to their questions. Am I Right?
Why not send them to your site for the answers. You get paid every time someone clicks through on a reference or product, you did not have to do a thing but provide the opportunity. It really is that easy!
This is a great home base business opportunity or you can turn it in to a full time corporation. Start building your own revenues generating niche markets now.
