Domain naming has become a business of it's own nowadays. People buy up domain names specifically for the purpose of selling them, or to create a business around them.
If the rate of growing numbers of Internet businesses are to be followed, then it's only a matter of time before the 'good' domain names are taken up.
Some devious web hosting services even seem to spy on domain searches on their website, 'stealing' domain names that users want to buy before they have purchased them.
So far, many top-notch domain names are still available for purchase, although their numbers are declining steadily every day.
If you're still struggling to come up with new domain ideas for your portfolio of websites (whether you're in the Adsense business, information publishing business or service business), then this is a real way to get hypnotic sounding domain names:
Visit the salesletters of your favorite products or favorite marketers. Look out for phrases that tantalizingly describe the product being sold.
Here's what I came up with for the hypnosis niche in just a few seconds:
"instant trance"
"dream-like hypnosis"
"instant hypnosis"
"covert hypnosis tactics"
Could any of these phrases be used in a domain name? You bet!
You could easily apply this tactic to any other niche. Just look up a direct marketing salesletter (which often contain many 'hot buttons') in the niche and create a swipe file.
If you want to take this further, you can even use these phrases in your article titles, email copy etc!
